Shopping Centre Services: Customer based sales & rental ratios

This service provides individual malls & central offices with customer based rental & sales ratios per individual tenant. This is done by:

• dividing malls into individual zones;
• using customer counting equipment to quantifying customer traffic per zone;
• integrating monthly zone customer counts with the monthly sales & rentals of individual tenants in each zone to develop rental & sales per customer or per customer per m² ratios; &
• providing access to these ratios via the web.
