Shopping Centre Services: Direct, permission marketing

Our web & SMS permission based direct marketing system provides customers with information that they have indicated they want to receive, so making communication desired & anticipated. Importantly, it also provides a measure of the readership of the communications that are distributed. The system consists of four components:
  • Web & / or PDA collection of customer contact details & information needs - the information that customers are interested in receiving & how often they wish to receive it. These same components also allow customers to update their information needs when required;
  • A relational data cube to store customer data;
  • A mailing program (e-mail & / or SMS) that allows (but does not compel) users to filter a mailing list so that the each mailing is sent only to those customers who are interested in receiving it.
  • A log of mailings distributed & readership rates per customer.
While the program is permission based, it can also be used for mass mailings.
