We have integrated software systems that can be used to automate components of or the entire research process - from data collection through to reporting. This significantly reduces the cost per interview & the time elapsed between interviewing & reporting. These systems are:
- Software to generate questionnaires that run on the web & PDA's (Palm or Windows operating systems).
- Software that runs questionnaires on the web & PDA's (Palm or Windows operating systems).
- Software that acts as a conduit to add questionnaires to & extract data files from PDA's.
- Backend processes to convert flat data files into multi dimensional database format.
- Reporting software (desk top or web based) that provides reports in tabular, graphic & color coded map formats. This software has an auto update function that refreshes reports with new data as it is added to the database, so making it ideally suited to ongoing tracking research.
These systems can be used individually or in combination & lend themselves to ongoing research (intercept interviews or feedback from customer panels) that tracks key performance variables over time & to the repeated use of the same questionnaire.
