Retailer Services: Sales potential program

This is a research program that:
  • quantifies lost sales by store;
  • quantifies opportunities to increase average transaction value per store;
  • identifies the main reason per store for lost sales;
  • quantifies customer service sensitivity per store (a primary input into staff planning); &
  • provides per store customer ratings of merchandise, service & store environment.
The program consists of a customizable questionnaire, PDA's on which to conduct interviews (Windows or Palm operating systems), software to transfer data to our server, data processing & analysis & web access to reports.

This program can be used with or without the involvement of a research company & comes at a fixed annual cost per store, irrespective of how often it is used or how many interviews are conducted with it. The more it is used, the lower the cost per interview. This facilitates ongoing use of the program to track the impact of initiatives to increase sales.
