These are fully customizable web based surveys that measure staff satisfaction.

The input received from staff members is confidential & reports do not identify the feedback provided by individual staff members.

All reports are web based & repeated use of the same survey allows changes in staff satisfaction at a store, regional & corporate level to be tracked over time.

If required we can also integrate staff satisfaction indexes with, for example, productivity measures or shrinkage results to determine correlations.
